1. Eligibility for Returns

• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Products with damaged packaging after delivery.
• Products returned without a valid reason.
• Items reported after the specified return period.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during transit.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product where applicable. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If a replacement is approved, we will bear the shipping cost for the replacement product.

7. Cancellation Policy
